My heartfelt passion is to facilitate the gap between these temporary survival modes of reaction and a lifestyle that has you or your loved one feeling safe and living in a way that feels unshakably true to yourself and your ideals. Since no single approach is the right one for every individual, I have extensive training in a range of evidence-based tools including EMDR Therapy, Irest© Meditation, DBT, Counseling, and Yoga to help you reconnect with yourself and live an authentic life. Wellness Together provides a clean, safe, and accessible studio atmosphere conducive to practical learning, growth, and change. We offer an inviting location for you to explore life's challenges with the necessary trauma-sensitive support and complete lack of judgment and prejudice.
